DinoCamp4Carles (Webb Schools Jr Scholars Program)

Our 11 year old son Carles has wanted to be a Paleontologist since he was old enough to Roar like a T-Rex and Eat like a Amphiccoelias (largest "long neck" ever!)...so pretty much since he was 2 years old.

In 2012 his auntie Melissa invited us to go to the Raymund M. Alf Museum of Paleontology. This wasn't the first dino museum for Carles but he fell in love with this one because it was on a school campus (The Webb Schools). When he found out kids go to school there in high school he decided that is where he wanted to go to school when he got to high school.

Two years ago he found out about the Junior Scholar's Paleontology Summer Program and he has his heart set on going.

Carles earns excellent grades and is in the Gifted and Talented Education program. He is a super kid and is fundraising by selling popcorn, his beanie babies collection and doing chores so he can attend this camp.

Attending this Summer program is Carles' dream and goal. He has already raised over $300 and continues to work hard to raise money toward the cost of the program.

"Hi, this is Carles. Thank you for helping me go to Dino Camp at the Webb Schools this Summer."
